EACH DAY try to fit in 10 to 20 minutes of physical activity, such as:
- Run a set route of a mile and a half—you should be able to accomplish this in 10 to 12 minutes;
- Do as many sit-ups and press-ups as you can in 5 to 10 minutes; and/or,
- Make use of the weights and cardio equipment available in the Regiment's Fitness Centre (see Resources for Soldiers).
Annually you will be required to pass certain fitness tests for which you are eligible for financial incentives (see Pay and Performance Bonuses).
